just want to give the SX101A a good home.  I bought it as an impulse buy on eBay out of nostalgia for the receiver that was king at the time I got my Novice license, and as a 14 year old, could only dream of. it also comes with a set of tubes bought at about the same time. It receives, but with low sensitivity.  I would guess it needs its capacitors checked out, etc.

So it’s free, you-pick-up in Pawtucket.  It will take two people, since it’s 70 pounds, and needs to go up a flight of stairs. Picture’s available upon-request
