A friend in PA has between a half dozen and a dozen UPSs that he has taken out of service. I brought back 8 of them last visit, with power ratings from 1000 to 2200W. Four of the eight were working and 4 more required new batteries. I wouldn’t be surprised if the new lots were similar. Would you send out feelers and see if anybody would be interested in them? I’d probably ask $25.00 for the working ones and give away the ones that needed batteries.
